Privacy Policy

Pagix (“we”, “us”) is a social media management app that lets you compose, schedule and publish posts to your connected social accounts, view analytics, and manage a unified inbox. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal data or use your social data for advertising. We only access the permissions you grant and only act when you initiate it.

Platform data & permissions

Pagix uses the official APIs of Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn and X. We request only the permissions required to publish content you create — for example, posting to a Facebook Page you manage, publishing to an Instagram Business account, or sharing to your LinkedIn feed. Use of data received from these platforms follows their respective Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Data sharing

We use trusted processors to run the service: Supabase (database, storage and authentication) and Groq (AI text/idea generation for content you draft). We share data with the social platforms above only to fulfil actions you request. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Data retention & deletion

You can disconnect any social account at any time in the app (Accounts screen); doing so deletes the stored tokens for that account. You can request deletion of all your data by emailing support@octavedev.com — we will delete your account, connected-account tokens, posts and analytics within 30 days. If you remove the Pagix app from your Facebook/Instagram settings, Meta notifies us and we automatically delete the data associated with that connection.

Security

Access tokens are stored encrypted and access to data is restricted per user/brand. All traffic is served over HTTPS.

Children

Pagix is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
